1-on-1 Hydrotherapy Consultations with a Physiotherapist

One-on-one water-based physiotherapy sessions with Ben from $91.50 (30 min) to $183 per hour. Your first appointment takes place in the water — Ben gathers your history and you leave with a personalised aquatic exercise program. We bulk bill NDIS, CTP, and WorkCover QLD, and accept private health insurance via HICAPS.

Private Pool Hire — Self-Guided Hydrotherapy Sessions

Already have a prescribed hydrotherapy program? Hire the pool independently for $20 per 30 minutes or $40 per hour. You’ll need to be confident in the water and complete a brief safety orientation before your first solo session — a 15-minute phone call and a short video to learn how to use the equipment.

Unlike a shared public pool, every session here is yours alone — a private, heated pool at the right therapeutic temperature, with an underwater treadmill, guaranteed at your booked time. Our facility is fully accessible with wheelchair ramps and hoists, and we bulk bill NDIS, CTP, and WorkCover QLD directly. Health fund rebates are available via HICAPS on-site, and we accept cards and EFTPOS. Whether you are recovering from surgery, managing a neurological condition, supporting a family member, or referring a patient — Ben Strachan and the team provide personalised, one-on-one care with no waitlists and no shared pool schedules. Appointments are open weekdays 8:30am–5pm and Saturdays 8am–2pm.
