Self-Managed Pool Hire — Clients accessing the facility independently must complete a 15-minute safety assessment before their first session. This involves a short phone call to confirm suitability and a video walkthrough of the equipment.
Self-Managed hire uses the smaller single-person spa.
Funding & Billing

| WorkCover QLD | Bulk billed under item 100402, no out-of-pocket cost. Needs a GP referral and an accepted claim. Give us your claim manager’s name after the first session so we can submit a Provider Management Plan. Provider P0007082686. |
| CTP insurance | Bulk billed to your insurer, no out-of-pocket cost. Needs a referral from your treating practitioner for a motor-vehicle-accident injury. We get approval for the initial consult, then submit a Provider Management Plan for further sessions. |
| Medicare | Rebate under item 10960: deduct the $63.40 rebate from the session price (gap $33.10 / 30 min, $81.35 / 45 min, $129.60 / 60 min). Needs a GP referral under a Chronic Disease Management plan — up to 5 allied health sessions per calendar year. |
| Private health insurance | Claim on the spot via HICAPS; the rebate depends on your fund and extras cover. Check with your insurer using item 500 (initial) / 505 (subsequent) and provider 417602CJ. |
| DVA | Bulk billed, no out-of-pocket cost. Gold Card: any condition. White Card: accepted service-related conditions only, with prior approval. A GP referral is recommended — contact us before your first booking to confirm eligibility. |
| Home Care Package | For Level 1–4 packages with Allied Health funding allocated and case-manager approval. We invoice your HCP provider directly — no out-of-pocket cost if your funding covers the session fee. |
| Private pay | Full fee at time of appointment. All major cards and EFTPOS accepted. No referral required. |
Cancellations inside 48 hours incur the full session fee, for all funding types.
