One-on-one aquatic physiotherapy sessions with Ben Strachan in a private heated pool. Your first appointment takes place in the water — Ben assesses your condition, designs a tailored hydrotherapy program, and guides you through it. Sessions run 30, 45, or 60 minutes. We accept NDIS, Medicare, WorkCover QLD, CTP, DVA, private health insurance, and Home Care Packages. No referral is required to book.

Alternate between our heated spa pool and ice bath in a private session. Contrast therapy stimulates circulation, flushes metabolic waste, and accelerates recovery after intense training. Sessions run 30 or 60 minutes. No referral required — book online and arrive ready to recover.

Already have a prescribed hydrotherapy exercise program? Hire a private heated pool and work through your exercises independently. Choose from a swim spa with underwater treadmill or a smaller single-person spa. $20 per 30 minutes or $40 per hour. A brief safety orientation with Ben is required before your first independent session.
