NDIS Hydrotherapy Brisbane

If you have Capacity Building — Improved Daily Living funding in your NDIS plan, you can use it for one-on-one aquatic physiotherapy at Hydrotherapy Studio in Underwood, south Brisbane. We accept self-managed and plan-managed participants — plan managers can be invoiced directly after each session. We do not currently accept agency-managed participants. No GP referral is required to book. Sessions are delivered by physiotherapist Ben Strachan and can address neurological rehabilitation, musculoskeletal conditions, paediatric development, and post-surgical recovery. Your funding must sit under Support Category 15: Improved Daily Living. We bill at $183.99/hr under item 15_055_0128_1_3 (standard) or 15_003_0118_1_3 (participants under 9). Before your first appointment, we will need a copy of your NDIS plan showing your funding category and budget, and a service agreement between you and Hydrotherapy Studio — we send this once you make contact. If your plan includes transport funding, this can be used separately for travel to sessions. Our facility is fully accessible — ramp entry to the pool, ceiling hoist for transfers, accessible bathroom, and change table. Every session is private and one-on-one.
