Use Your GP Chronic Condition Management Plan for Aquatic Physiotherapy

If your GP has referred you under a Chronic Condition Management Plan, you may be eligible for a Medicare rebate on your hydrotherapy sessions here at Hydrotherapy Studio. Under MBS Item 10960, the rebate is $61.80 per session, and you can access up to 5 allied health sessions per calendar year. Your GP can direct some or all of these to aquatic physiotherapy with us. Please note we do not bulk bill — the $61.80 rebate is applied as a deduction from our private consultation fee, and a gap payment will apply. Our private heated pools in Underwood are purpose-built for complex rehabilitation, making hydrotherapy a practical option for arthritis, neurological conditions, post-surgical recovery, and age-related mobility challenges.
